Vanessa has recently been appointed as Executive Head of People at Hollard.She has an insatiable interest in the understanding of human beings that has carved a career spanning over ten years in various aspects of Human Resources. She holds an undergraduate qualification in Human Resources, majoring in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and a post graduate qualification in Business Management. Vanessa has led various teams across multiple disciplines including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development from Graduates to Executive teams, Organisational Effectiveness and Transformation. She brings passion and an ability to drive high performing human centric teams with a focus on the employee experience.
