Description
Most people are taught how to chase what’s next—but not how to survive the space in between. Hell in the Hallway is a high-impact keynote on navigating the disorienting stretch between roles, identities, and chapters of your career.
When the old version of you no longer fits and the next one isn’t fully formed, it’s easy to stall, spiral, or settle. This talk reframes the “hallway” as a critical proving ground rather than a holding pattern.
Attendees will learn how to make clearer decisions without certainty, manage the internal pressure that comes with ambiguity, and use in-between seasons as a strategic advantage—not a setback.
