“Gert” Garman is the owner of Broad Perspective, LLC and she is the head broad. Really, it’s a play on words since it is a female owned business but also the processes, tools and behaviors she uses help you look at your challenges from a bigger angle so you can come up with different results to solve those challenges.

Her background is varied but she has worked in the credit union industry, done retail marketing, worked for both UCF alumni and UCF Athletics, then she did special events and marketing for the City of Orlando, was on the innovation team at Disney and directed the Collaborative Design Center at Valencia College before starting her own gig.

Some of her clients include Darden Restaurants, the FBI, Lucas Films, Orange County Clerk of Courts, the Tribune Company, Johnson and Johnson, Margaritaville, 4 Rivers Smokehouse and the 4 Roots Foundation and many more. She also still works with all of her former employers.
