She has experience in leadership and public relations, having participated in McKinsey's training program and an international leadership conference. Deborah is certified by the European Eastwest Institute for Public Relations and the School of Leadership and Diplomacy in Malaysia. She conducts sustainability research, particularly in social impact and CSR initiatives, aiming to create lasting change. Her passion is empowering underprivileged communities and raising awareness of Sustainable Development Goals through her platform, ChangeWave.
