His previous roles include Head of Risk & QA in various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, food, supplements, animal nutrition, and pet food; which fuels his broader understanding of Risk Management. A firm believer of Quality by Design, Jay has invested the last decade in enabling small, medium, and large-scale manufacturing systems to grow responsibly and sustainably. In his spare time, Jay loves to go back to his hobbies which include tennis, chess, and helping people.
