Kasia Orlowska-Meinen (Kasia OM) has worked as a leadership development trainer and executive coach delivering programs to corporate, public sector and individual clients in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Asia since 2009.

She has worked with leaders and organisations consulting in areas of emotional intelligence, effective communication, behavioural change, developing cultures and desired behaviours by creating personal and professional values and visions alignments.

Passionate about bringing a more balanced approach to leadership, Kasia has enjoyed working with women, has set up regular women’s events, global women’s club and currently working with numerous individual clients in areas of self-fulness, human centric and feminine leadership.
