Prashanti Maharaj is an innovative human resource management professional and passionate researcher who has been a member of Golden Key since 2017. She recently completed her Masters at the University of KwaZulu-Natal with a dissertation focused on emotional intelligence and the quality of life of school educators in the basic education fraternity. She is now preparing to tackle her PhD.
