Telisha van der Merwe is a Co-Founder & Director of Flink Recruitment with 10 years’ experience as an HR Professional across various sectors. She started out as a Labour Relations specialist for 6 years and then evolved into becoming a senior regional strategist which involved growth strategy and execution, talent management & succession planning as well as policy and procedure development & implementation. During her consulting career she recognized her passion to automate certain HR functions and more specifically the recruitment lifecycle which was largely left behind on the technology and development front. Integrating Technology with the recruitment lifecycle is what drove the development of Flink Recruitment was launched in 2020.
