Joel is an advocate of life-long learning, with a strong belief that self-improvement and listening are the cornerstones required to become a successful contributor in one’s local community. His career to date has focused on community development, with experience totalling twenty years across varied roles, including managerial, consulting, and direct service delivery. Advocacy, volunteering, coaching and active participation in community life are activities that capture his true passion.
