The transition from university to the workplace can be disorienting. Organisations are complex human systems where change is constant, decisions are rarely straightforward, and conflict is unavoidable. This session introduces graduates to the reality of working in environments shaped by uncertainty and competing demands.
It is ideal for high-performing graduates entering leadership tracks or professional roles. Participants will learn practical ways to interpret complexity, respond constructively to challenges, and remain grounded when navigating ambiguity and pressure.
