Sadhna Mathura is an early-career academic at the University of the Witwatersrand. She is a Bioinorganic chemist, focusing on the structure-function relationships of biological chromophores such as vitamin B12, haemoglobin, bilirubin and related compounds. Sadhna was a recipient of the prestigious Claude Leon fellowship (2015-2016) and has presented her work on several international platforms.
