Tamika Martin has led and coached teams for more than 15 years. In her current role, she serves as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist in the financial services industry. There, she designs, facilitates and evaluates training programs. Tamika sits on the Associate Board of the City Mission, a homeless rehabilitation non-profit in Cleveland and is actively involved in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. A native of Detroit, Tamika loves to travel with her husband and sons.
