With over 12 years’ experience assuming various learning and development functions in healthcare, finance and insurance industries, Karabo is a multi-talented and seasoned professional.   He is currently accountable for the overall end to end Digital Learning and Development strategy as the subject matter expert, thought leader and advocate for Digital Adoption and Learning.  
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management: Digital Business from the Wits Business School.
When he is not learning or working, he enjoys family time anywhere under the sun with his daughter and son.
