With 13 years’ experience in the field of HR Rene is equipped to train & consult at the highest level. Rene started her career as an Industrial Relations Consultant in 2009. Following mandatory and stringent training, Rene obtained extensive practical experience in dealing with the various labour-related issues presented by her clients. After excelling as an Industrial Relations Consultant, actively consulting to over 100 companies, she was promoted to the position of Industrial Relations Manager in March 2012. After increasing the market share in the region, she was promoted to Regional Manager in June 2013. During her consulting career Rene identified a need to automate the recruitment cycle and assist companies in streamlining their approach to hiring new talent therefore in 2020 Rene co-founded the innovative Recruitment platform called Flink.
