Director of Career Services @ the University of Adelaide Susan Hervey is the Director of Career Services at the University of Adelaide and has worked in the career development field for over a decade. She holds qualifications in Education, Recreation and Sports Management and Career Development. Prior to working for the University, Susan managed Employment Services within TAFE in northern Adelaide and also managed one of the largest regional TAFE campuses in Australia. In the decade after graduating, Susan worked in the private sector, in a variety of management, entertainment and consultancy roles. She has been a professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia since 2001 and is a former Vice-President of the South Australian division. Susan is currently the South Australian President of the National Association of Graduate Career Advisory Services (NAGCAS). Susan is also completing a research Masters through the University of Southern Queensland. Her areas of research interest include the impact of relocation on career outcomes and the effect that typology has on career and life choices.
