Communication

You’re smart, capable, and hardworking … but when it comes to giving honest feedback at work, it’s easy to hesitate.

Whether it’s addressing a colleague’s behaviour, pushing back on a manager or raising something uncomfortable, these moments can feel high-stakes. Say nothing, and the issue lingers. Say it poorly, and you risk damaging the relationship.

In this practical and interactive webinar, Christopher Kong will unpack some of the most common tricky workplace situations, zoom in on one high-impact scenario – giving negative feedback – and walk through a simple framework you can use immediately. You’ll learn what to say, how to say it and how to stay composed under pressure … without being overly aggressive or avoiding the issue altogether.

You’ll also get access to a free self-assessment quiz to identify your strengths and blind spots when handling difficult conversations, so you know exactly where to focus to accelerate your career growth.
