You’re doing solid work. You contribute, deliver and meet expectations … but when it comes to recognition, opportunities or promotion, you’re not always seen or valued the way you expect.
Being overlooked at work isn’t just frustrating … it can quietly stall your career. And often, it’s not about capability, but how your work and contributions are perceived over time.
In this practical webinar, Christopher Kong will explore one of the most common and challenging workplace situations – being overlooked for promotion – and unpack the patterns that influence how others see your value. Building on real scenarios, you’ll learn how to position your contributions, communicate with clarity and increase your visibility and credibility at work.
You’ll also get access to a free self-assessment quiz to identify your strengths and blind spots across tricky workplace situations, so you can take targeted action to be heard, recognised and taken seriously.
